Shipping Damage & Missing Items

Before signing for your shipment, inspect all packages carefully for any damage or missing items. If you discover any issues, note them on the delivery receipt before accepting the shipment.

While PAYLESS MINI SPLIT  is not responsible for shipping damage, we’re happy to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier to recover the cost of damages. Claims can only be filed if damages or missing items are noted prior to signing for delivery.
