Shipping & Return Policy

 

Shipping Information

Your product will be shipped by a freight line company and will be delivered in 1-5 business days depending upon your geographical location. Mostly if you are close to our warehouse, you should receive the AC in 1-3 business days, for any West Coast area, it will take approx.. 5-7 days. We will email you your tracking number soon as it’s shipped out.
Please remember we only ship to 48 states within United States. Due to expensive shipment fee we do not ship to Hawaii & Alaska. We do not ship to Canada, Puerto Rico, Jamaica and other countries due to custom issues.
Though above shipment and delivery process is what we normally practice, under unforeseen circumstances they cannot be guaranteed at all times. But we do our best and mostly succeed to ship the product either same or the next day.

 

Returns

Unopened Returns:

Conditions:
The product must be in its original box, unopened and un used.
The product must be shipped back with all of its original shipping contents (manuals, brochures etc).
The system must be shipped back palatalized, shrink wrapped, strapped and secured safely to the pallet.
The Customer is responsible for all shipping, handling and insurance costs back to our warehouse(s) within the 7 day period.
Original Shipping cost cannot be refunded.
It is the customers sole responsibility that we receive the product in its original undamaged condition, Proof of delivery must be provided with a signature from our warehouse.
We must authorize the return before it is shipped back from the Customer. Other Conditions and fees may apply.

 

Important:
All Returns are carefully inspected upon receipt. Exchanges are administered based on the conditions stated above. All Products must be in the original packaging and must not have been, used, modified or installed.

Please note that refunds/exchanges are made as follows: If customer cancels the order and the product has left our warehouse, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges for all items to and from us, in addition the above stated 30% restocking fee. If product is being returned after it has been received by the customer, and the product is returned with opened boxes or product shows signs of wear, we have the sole discretion in determining the amount of any refund (This includes any scratches or marks on product (screws or screw hole areas) wires bent or cut, etc.) after we have approved the return of the unit. Refunds (if any) will be done after we have received our unit back in our warehouse. Under these circumstances if the refund amount is not acceptable by the purchaser, the purchaser has the option to pay a shipping charge and have the item sent back to him/her/it. We do not recommend sending used or damaged items back to us as normally refund will be refused. We May At Our discretion, refuse to accept the return. If the product is returned with missing, damaged, dirty, bent, non-working parts or the item appears to have been installed no refund will be honored.

USED/Installed Returns are not accepted under any circumstance.


ATTENTION CUSTOMER! BEFORE SIGNING FOR FREIGHT. ALL FREIGHT MUST BE INSPECTED AT TIME OF DELIVERY. YOU MUST INSPECT FREIGHT AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY AND REJECT ALL DAMAGED UNITS (IF ANY).

**Should you discover damages after you accept and sign for the delivery it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company and pay any additional fee’s associated with your acceptance of the damaged product.

**Refusing a delivery due to damages: If the product is damaged, once we receive it back to our warehouse, we will send out a replacement in 24-48hrs. If the product is not damaged upon our inspection, the refusal will be treated as a cancelation of the order after it has shipped.

**Please note, when you receive your item, prior to signing for it, please make sure to verify the following:

(a) the condition of the shipment and note any damage on the freight’s waybill/delivery slip; If there are any damages please make sure you note it on the proof of delivery the driver will make you sign, and get a copy for yourself. Non reported damage would result in client’s responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company.

(b) Verify the number of pallets/cartons/boxes/pcs delivered coincides with numbers shown on the freight’s waybill/delivery slip; Immediately report any damage or shortages to the Customer Service Department at PAYLESS MINI SPLIT LLC  If the damages are not reported upon delivery the claims department may decline your claim submission.

***Should you decide to cancel/refuse your order for ANY reason AFTER your product has shipped out, you will be responsible for the freight charges, the credit card processing charges, and a restocking fee up to 30% (Depending on the Manufacturer/Supplier Rules).

*Products typically ships out within 24-48 hours after your payment has been completed. Please allow 3-7 Business days for delivery. Delivery times can vary depending on your location and our warehouse location.
Unopened/Un-Used returns are accepted within the first 30 days of the purchase date (Buyer pays all freight charges, original outgoing and the return) Exchanges of indoor units are subject to the same rules, return shipping is paid for by the customer and the new shipping charge of the exchange or change order is also the customers responsibility, along with any price difference between the indoor units. All other opened or installed products: exchanges for defective products/components are made by the manufacturer under their warranty.

 

Cancellations

If you placed the order and you want to cancel the order BEFORE IT IS SHIPPED, we will gladly cancel your order and $15.99 cancellation fee will be charged and 3% credit card processing charges will not be refunded. Please make sure that you call us within few hours after the order is placed. We ship the items out same or next business day. We cannot process cancellations after the product is shipped out. It will be considered as a return instead once the product is shipped and you will need to pay the return charges. If the delivery of the shipment is refused same return policy will apply. Once the item is shipped, the shipping company will not refund us the shipping fee back and will charge us for shipping both ways, this will not be refunded if cancelled after the product is shipped and 125% restocking fee will still apply.
